Create a room-by-room packing plan and timeline (which areas to pack first, items to keep accessible). You approve the plan.
We arrive with quality packing supplies: bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated cargo sheets, corrugated cartons, packing blankets, custom crates, and Vonder Premium Cello Tape for secure sealing.
Sort items by category (fragile, electronics, textiles, kitchenware, documents). Remove loose contents from furniture drawers and secure small parts/fasteners in labeled pouches.
Wrap glassware, ceramics, artwork, and lamps in bubble wrap and place in corrugated cartons with cushioning. Use corrugated cargo sheets for added edge protection.
Pack electronics in anti-static wrapping when required, secure cords and accessories in labeled bags, and place in appropriately sized corrugated cartons with padding.
Cover sofas, mattresses, tables, and large items with corrugated cargo sheet and/or packing blankets and stretch film. Disassemble modular furniture where needed and store hardware in labeled packets.
Build custom wooden crates for oversized, heavy, or highly sensitive items to ensure safe long-distance transit.
Use corrugated carton boxes sized to contents, seal with Vonder Premium Cello Tape, and clearly label each box with room, contents summary, and handling instructions (e.g., “Fragile”, “This Side Up”).
Maintain a packing list / inventory number for each box and crate so nothing is lost; client receives a copy for easy tracking.
Load packed boxes and protected furniture into vehicles using safe handling techniques, ensuring items are secured and cushioned for transit.
At destination we unpack boxes room-by-room (as requested), place items where you want them, and reassemble major furniture pieces if agreed. (Specify whether reassembly is included in your chosen service.)
Walk through with you to verify items, note any issues, and ensure everything is placed correctly.
Remove used packing materials and debris, leaving your home neat and ready. We can also dispose of or recycle materials if requested.
